Roshan's research focuses on the mechanism and timing of DNA nanostructure-based CRISPR-cas9 unpacking and import, as well as understanding how design-related features affect nuclear localisation and import efficiency as a promising genome editing and therapeutic tool for Alzheimer's disease (AD).
